Glazes
While the focus of Mastering Cone 6 Glazes is on making glazes that meet your needs, we have developed a number of glazes ourselves to show the range and the aesthetic quality of what can be done. The recipes and specific information on how best to apply and fire these glazes is given in the book, but here we present a few photos of our glazes applied to Ron's stoneware and porcelain sake jars. We hope they pique your interest.
